I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Ottawa University, the Gwartney Professor of Economic Education and Research at the Gwartney Institute, and Book Review Editor for the Journal of Markets and Morality. My research is at the intersection of entrepreneurship, development economics, and population economics.
